HOW IT WORKS 

Our marketing strategy involves promoting your home to Photographers, Directors, Producers, Location Scouts + Production companies. Once there is interest in using your home as a potential Photography or Film location, we will reach out to you to confirm your availability for the proposed dates and give you the budget of that particular project.

We negotiate the deals, draft & execute the contracts, handle payments and security deposits and provide on-site management for the duration of rental. We also demand all production companies name you as an “additional insured” on their policy. This releases you from any liability.

Once your home is selected, the production company will conduct a "Tech Scout," which involves a final visit from various department heads to determine all the filming logistics, required equipment, placement of equipment and schedule for that day. Following this visit, we will reach out to you an explain all the details and draft a contract and move on to the filming stage. Our location contracts are customized to fulfill the needs of both homeowners and producers, ensuring that both parties are fully informed and have a precise comprehension of all the particulars. 

Throughout the production, we will assign a on-site representative from our agency to be always present at your home and ensure that everything goes according to plan. This representative will oversee the safety and security of your home, allowing you to relax and not worry about being present throughout the entire process.

The compensation you can anticipate will vary depending on your property's size, uniqueness, and the type of project it will be utilized for and the production companies budget, but typically projects range from $5,000.00 to $30,000.00 or more per day.

After your property is added to our database, we will market it to a diverse group of photography & film professionals. We'll feature your photos on our website. Once a client expresses interest in your property, we will reach out to you explain the scope of the project, and to schedule a viewing appointment, with the goal of securing a film shoot soon thereafter.
